Lirit Rosenzweig Topaz
Owner and Executive Producer

Lirit embarked into the world of production more than 17 years ago, producing TV , film, commercials, live shows, theater and events. Lirit established FBF Animation-which is an animation school reaching students in both South America and Israel. With her faculty of teachers from the biggest animation studios in the world, she is spreading animation art skills globally. More than 7 years ago, Lirit opened Neko Productions, which is based in Burbank, CA.

During her years in the production world, Lirit developed a strong sense of performance, discipline, and organization that translates into the highest standards along with an extraordinary commitment to punctual delivery.

“I believe that a company is a reflection of the owner’s vision and drive. I am a real go-getter, and I always give 200%. That is exactly what we do at Neko. We adjust our pipeline in accordance with the needs of each project . We also constantly work on improving efficiency while always exceeding expectations. Lirit is a mother of two (adorable!) boys, a producer, and an entrepreneur.

Lindsey Hughes
Business Developer

In her wide-ranging career as a development executive, Lindsey has worked in everything from feature films, television movies, TV series, to live action and animation. She began her career reading scripts for Robert Zemeckis and Kathryn Bigelow, worked under Michael Eisner at Walt Disney Feature Animation, and developed projects for John H. William, producer of the billion dollar Shrek franchise.

No matter what format Lindsey works in, her passion for telling heartfelt stories with talented creators and filmmakers shines through. She looks forward to seeing what comes next in the ever-evolving world of entertainment.


Toni Pace Carstensen
Development/Production Executive

Toni is a VFX/Animation Producer who loves to help companies and individuals to achieve peak performance—in teams, at work and at play. She has worked on major VFX driven feature films: Avatar, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Minority Report; TV shows: StarTrek:The Original Series (Remastered), Pushing Daisies, X-Files, and Outer Limits; theme park rides: Mission: Space and StarTrek Voyager: Borg Encounter and in feature animation for Walt Disney—Fantasia 2000. She works with the Neko team to develop the highest quality leading edge animation for our clients in all areas of entertainment and education.

Einy Paulsen
Business Developer

Einy has over seven years of business development and marketing experience ranging in start-up ventures to Fortune 500 companies. Her projects and products were launched worldwide and across multiple industries and platforms. Opportunities to work in finance, technology, entertainment, and retail have allowed her to make significant connections across various fields and continents, bringing together various companies, products, and services to create a natural synergy.

Einy graduated cum laude with a Bachelors from Marshall School of Business and a Masters of Accounting from Leventhal School of Accounting, both from the University of Southern California.

Eyal Resh
Director and Content Development

Eyal Resh, graduated the Film Directing MFA Program at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts).
“Arrival” and “My Matthew” both Eyal’s short films generated critical acclaim and were chosen to close the CalArts showcase and were shown at RedCat, downtown LA. Both are also playing in US festivals. His short film, “Boys”,  premiered at the Viennale International Film Festival and is now entering the festival circuit around the world.
Eyal is focused on live action and animation storytelling. His photography and commercial work is driven by storytelling and also received significant attention from around the world. His work featured in big film festivals Including the Viennale (Vienna International Film Festival) the LA Film Festival, Outfest Film Festival, Atlanta Film Festival, San Francisco Jewish Film Festival and the Pink Apple Film Festival. 

Mike Fishbein
Production Coordinator

Mike Fishbein was born and raised in Los Angeles – basically growing up on film sets and making films with his friends. During his high school years, he attended Idyllwild Arts Academy, a prestigious boarding school for the arts. Mike has directed, produced, shot and edited short films that have won awards and have been screened at festivals around the world. Continuing his life adventures, upon returning to LA, Mike started working in freelance film production. A few years ago, he rescued a Husky who has changed his life and showed him what it means when they say a dog is man’s best friend.

Amit Sidi
Production Coordinator

Amit is crazy about storytelling and has always had a passion for the world behind the scenes.Upon completion of her service, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film. She worked at the art department and soon moved into producing. She has worked on many types of projects such as commercials, corporate, music videos and film. A few years ago she discovered the world of animation and is now a part of the Neko production team.

Ortal Halff
Development team/ Director of Operations

Ortal is a “big picture” person. She has vast experience developing and executing large-scale projects.

At Neko productions, Ortal is a member of the business development team which manages our client relations, partnership development and outreach. She is also the Director of Operations at Frame by Frame, an online school of animation, 3D, visual effects and concept art. In that capacity, Ortal creatively orchestrates the process of bringing knowledge directly from Hollywood’s animation industry to students around the world.

Ziv Sade
Project Manager

At the young age of just ten, Ziv discovered his passion for photography.    

Ziv has gained his reputation as being one of the most sought after photographers in the Israeli community and had the honor of working with everyone from musicians, actors, and even politicians.

At 2015 Ziv relocated to LA to pursue his a career in production. In LA, he worked on a variety of commercial projects. At the beginning of 2017, he became the supervisor of internal operations at Neko, overseeing the pipeline and producing content internally and externally, for various projects and purposes.
